House Refurb & Extension
Impressive full house refurbishment and 3m x 3.6m rear extension built in Brackley in 7 weeks......
The client made the hard but right decision to temporarily move out of their property whilst the work is carried out and it paid dividends with the amount of work we managed to get through in such a short amount of time.
We built a rear extension, removed an internal supporting wall and fitted a steel, dug and laid new soil pipe drainage for a future en-suite, removed all the artex ceilings, new 1st fix electrics and plumbing, insulated & plasterboarded all the ceilings, plastered every wall throughout the house and fitted a new kitchen, Oak & Softwood Stair banister, all new skirtings, architrave & Oak veneered doors all finished with professional decoration & flooring throughout.
