Hanslope Project

Rear Extension, External Joinery made porch & Hallway Refurbishment:-

We started with a rear upper story extension incorporating master bedroom, en-suite & bespoke built dressing room, in this process we had to re-arrange the 3rd bedroom into a smaller box room and entrance lobby to the new master bedroom aswell as moving and fitting a new horizontal pressurised cylinder into the new loft space.

Once that area was completed we moved onto the front of the property and removed the existing porch ready to replicate it with a newly built version that complied with building regulations, the porch was lovingly measured, studied & pictured by Simon from SDRB Joinery LTD so he could create a modern hardwood, double glazed version of what previously stood, and I’m sure you will agree from the pictures he made a sterling job.

Then finally we refurbished the hallway, stairs & landing with original mud floors dug out, concrete, insulation, wet underfloor heating & liquid screed re-laid. We then laid the period floor supplied by the client, fitted the panneling & decorated throughout.

This client has a real eye for interior design and it was a pleasure to bring all the aspects of the project to life which the pictures truely show.

Brackley - House Refurb & Extension in 6 weeks!

The client made the hard but right decision to temporarily move out of their property whilst the work is carried out and it paid dividends with the amount of work we managed to get through in such a short amount of time.

We built a rear extension, removed an internal supporting wall and fitted a steel, dug and laid new soil pipe drainage for a future en-suite, removed all the artex ceilings, new 1st fix electrics and plumbing, insulated & plasterboarded all the ceilings, plastered every wall throughout the house and fitted a new kitchen, Oak & Softwood Stair banister, all new skirtings, architrave & Oak veneered doors all finished with professional decoration & flooring throughout
